1. Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis was developed by the US government and NASA in 60s of last century. The earliest application was in the waste liquor recovery in the spaceship. Nowadays, it is widely used in the fields of military affairs (e.g. seawater desalination), medical treatment (e.g. hem dialysis), industrial and civil application. It's honored as one of the "Top 6 High-technology" in the 20th century.
In the last 20 years, this technology becomes more significant in the civil application area. Once the RO products is introduced to the market, they become very popular because of its high-technology and outstanding quality. Now RO products occupy more than 80% of the purifying market in America, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan area.
2. CPU controlling system
C360-X(3WL) is the perfect combination of electronic technology and water purifying technology. The micro-processor based technology enables it more user-friendly and intelligent. The unique functions of filter cartridge replacing indication and failure self-diagnosis make the maintenance more convenient and scientific. Auto washing system can prolong the lifetime of the filter cartridges and lower the cost of maintenance. 3. Airtight water passage design
The storage tank of traditional drinking water machine is open to air, to make water outgoing possible. However, it will cause the second contamination of water. C360-X (3WL) adopts the airtight design to avoid such problem. It employs pressure coming from the airtight storage tank to let out water, isolating water from air, and thus storage environment is saving.
4. Power Saving Technology
Drinking water reprocessing mainly includes two types: heating and cooling. The traditional construction design usually has the heating tank connect with the storage tank, whereas cooling tank consists of built-out freezing coil pipes. In such construction, on one hand, hot water or vapor often goes into the storage tank of normal temperature when system is heating. Therefore it will not only waste the heat, but also raise the temperature of the cooling tank. On the other hand, the built-out freezing coil pipes have to pass the cold through the cooling tank to water, and some of cold will dissipate, so cooling efficiency will be lower down. These problems will finally waste your electricity power and raise your cost.
C360-X (3WL) can avoid about-mentioned problems by unique design. Adding two expandable devices to the heating tank can effectively prevent the hot water and vapor from rushing into the storage tank. In this way, the heating tank also becomes a heat storage tank. The heating efficiency is improved more than 20%. In addition, cooling tank employs construction of built-in coil pipes, cold can be directly passed into the water in the cooling tank. No dissipation, thus cooling efficiency is improved over 50%.

3.密封電路設計
    傳統的飲水機其儲存水都要與空氣連通以實現自然出水的功能,因為水源二次污染嚴重,C360-X(3WL)純水機采用全密封式水路設計,依靠全密封水膽所產生的壓力實現出水功能,有效地與外界空氣隔離,使得制成的純水能在安全的環境中存放,杜絕了線性水二次污染的機會。
4.節能技術
    飲水再加工主要有加熱與制冷兩種形式,傳統的結構形式為:熱膽進水和常溫儲水箱相連,蒸汽口也與常溫水箱相連,冷膽則與外置環繞式制冷盤管制冷結構。因此,在系統加熱時,熱水膨脹後或出蒸汽時則往常溫儲水箱中湧入,甚而提高了冷膽中的水溫,因此造成了能源的浪費。另一方面,外置環繞式制冷盤管制冷結構須經膽體的傳導將冷能交換到冷膽內的水中,且部分冷能會散失到周圍環境中,制冷效能較低,能源浪費嚴重。
    C360-X(3WL)熱膽加裝了兩個膨脹水箱,有效地隔斷了熱水和蒸汽向常溫儲水箱的流動,且起到儲能的作用,熱水節能效果提高了20%以上。另外 ,冷膽采用了內置盤管制冷結構,冷能直接與冷膽內的水發生交換,且冷能無任何流失,制冷效能極大提高,其節能效果達到50%。
